Elite Settlements, LLC opened its doors with the primary goal of providing timely, efficient, and informed services. With a specialization of providing bilingual real estate settlement services in both English and Spanish, we strive to provide a high quality of customer service using a team approach for each transaction.  Our company mission is to streamline the loan closing process, make it more efficient and tailor it to meet the time constraints under which our customers operate. 

Elite Settlements, LLC underwrites its title insurance policies through Old Republic Title, one of the largest title insurers in the United States. For over a century, Old Republic Title has been insuring American households and commercial properties.  For the 13th consecutive year, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has received Standard & Poor\'s highest rating awarded to a title insurance company, with a current rating being AA. Old Republic has also received the title industry\'s only A1 financial strength rating from Moody\'s Investor Services and is the only national title insurer with a AA- rating from Fitch Ratings.  A.M. Best Co., an insurance rating company founded in 1899, has affirmed that “the ratings reflect the company’s strong capitalization, continuing favorable operating results and its strong market profile as one of the five leading title insurance groups in the United States”.
